Blue Hawaiian Jello Shot

3 oz box Berry Blue Jello
1 cup Pineapple Juice
1 cup Coconut Rum
1/4 cup Blue Curacao
garnish Pineapple Chunks and Maraschino Cherries
Heat up 1 cup of pineapple juice to a medium heat on the stove
remove juice from the stove pour in the jello packet. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved.
pour in 1 cup of coconut rum
Add 1/4 cup of Blue Curacao. Stir well.
Pour the mixture into the mini shot cups.
Place the shots in the refrigerator and leave them until the jello sets
Top with a Maraschino cherry, fresh pineapple wedges and serve.
