Blue Hawaiian Jello Shot
- 3 oz box Berry Blue Jello
- 1 cup Pineapple Juice
- 1 cup Coconut Rum
- 1/4 cup Blue Curacao
- garnish Pineapple Chunks and Maraschino Cherries
- Heat up 1 cup of pineapple juice to a medium heat on the stove
- remove juice from the stove pour in the jello packet. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved.
- pour in 1 cup of coconut rum
- Add 1/4 cup of Blue Curacao. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into the mini shot cups.
- Place the shots in the refrigerator and leave them until the jello sets
- Top with a Maraschino cherry, fresh pineapple wedges and serve.
