• 1 1/2 oz Vanilla Vodka
• 1 oz Cream
• 1 Teaspoon Chocolate Syrup
• Mix/Shake/Strain
• Martini Glass
• Rimmed with Chocolate Syrup and Crushed Waffle Cone
• Top Whipped Cream
• Garnish Chocolate Shavings or Sprinkles
