Christmas Eve Blueberry Nog
- In Sauce Pan
- 4 Cups Milk
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Blueberry Puree
- 1 Cup Sugar
- Heat/Stir Till Sugar Dissolved
- In Bowl
- Whisk
- 6 Egg Yolks
- Mix/Whisk Cream with Eggs
- Heat Till Thickens (5-7 Min)
- Remove from Heat
- Add
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 Cup Blueberry Liqueur
- Cool Then Refrigerate
- Serve in Mug
- Garnish Ground Nutmeg
