Christmas Eve Chocolate Eggnog
- Heat in Sauce Pan Till Warm
- 3 Cups Milk
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
- Temper in Seperate Bowl
- 4 Egg Yolks
- Add Ladelful of Warm Milk Mixture
- Whisking Constantly
- Pour Back into Saucepan with Milk Mixture
- Stirring Constantly
- Add
- 1 Cup Semi-Sweer Chocolate Chips
- Heat/Stir Till Chocolate Melted
- Serve in Mugs
- Top Whipped Cream
- Garnish Chocolate Shavings
