French 75
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 3 oz Champagne
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Gin
- Add Gin, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup to a Shaker with ice, Shake
- Strain into a Champagne flute and top with the Champagne.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
