Gin Fizz

1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
1 1/2 oz Gin
2 oz Heavy Cream
1 oz Club Soda
1 Egg White
2 Dashes Orange Blossom Water
In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients(except club soda) and dry shake(no ice).
Add ice to the shaker and shake again
Highball glass
Strain into a chilled glass, and top with club soda.
