- 1 Sprig Mint Leaves
- 4 oz Prosecco
- 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 oz Sparkling Water
- Muddle mint leaves in a glass.
- Pour in elderflower syrup, prosecco, and a splash of sparkling water. Stir.
- Highball Glass
- Garnish with a lime wedge
