Mickey Slim

2 oz Gin
1 oz Absinthe
1 Large Sugar Cube
Pour Gin into glass
Top the gin with absinthe.
Place sugar on slotted spoon, poor ice cold water over sugar cube till dissolved
Garnish with a lime or lemon
Cocktail glass.
