Penicillin

3/4 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Blended Scotch
1/4 oz Islay Single Malt Scotch
3/4 oz Honey-Ginger Syrup
Add the blended scotch, lemon juice, and syrup into a shaker with ice, and shake
Strain into glass over fresh ice and top with Islay single malt scotch.
Garnish with a piece of candied ginger.
