Pisco Sour

• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Egg White
• 2 oz Pisco
• Add all ingredients (Except the bitters) into a shaker and shake without ice
• Add ice and shake again
• Strain into a chilled glass over fresh ice
• garnish with 3 to 5 drops of Angostura bitters
• Margarita glass.
