Pumpkin Spice White Russian

• 1 1/2 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Kahlua
• 2 oz Half and Half
• 4 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
• 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla
• 2 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
• Whipped Cream
• Cinnamon Stick
• 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
• 1 Graham Cracker
• 2 tsp Sugar
Mixed with
• rim the rocks glass with Maple Syrup then
• 1 graham cracker Crushed, 2 tsp Pumpkin Spice and Sugar
• add vodka, Kahlua, half and half, pumpkin puree, simple syrup, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice.
• Shake/Strain
• Top with whipped cream and sprinkle a small amount of pumpkin pie spice over the whipped cream. Add a cinnamon stick
• Rocks Glass
