Red, White and Blue Pina Colada
- 3 oz Rum
- 6 oz Pineapple juice
- 4.5 oz Cream of Coconut
- 2 cups Strawberries (1 cup fresh and 1 cup frozen)
- 2 oz Blue Curacoa
- In a blender add rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and 5 cups ice. Blend
- Separate 2/3 of the mixture into a different container.
- Add frozen and fresh strawberries to the 1/3 remaining mixture in blender. Blend
- Pour/spoon the blended strawberry mixture into glasses to create the bottom layer.
- Add 1/3 of the original separated mixture into glasses to form the middle layer.
- Pour the remaining 1/3 original mixture into a blender with blue curacoa and 1 1/2 cups ice. Blend
- Spoon into glasses to create the top layer.
- Makes 2 Servings
