• 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 oz Whiskey
• 2 Dashes Peychauds Bitters
• Absinthe
• Rinse a chilled Rocks glass with Absinthe and discard the absinthe
• Stir whiskey, simple syrup and Peychaud's bitters
• Garnish with lemon peel
• Rocks glass with Absinthe
