- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 oz Whiskey
- 2 Dashes Peychauds Bitters
- Absinthe
- Rinse a chilled Rocks glass with Absinthe and discard the absinthe
- Stir whiskey, simple syrup and Peychaud's bitters
- Garnish with lemon peel
- Rocks glass with Absinthe
