Tom Collins

• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 oz Gin
• Add the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a glass.
• Mix/Stir
• top with club soda
• garnish with a lemon wheel/maraschino cherry
• Highball Glass
