Tomato Margarita
- Toss In Bowl
- 1 Lb CherryTomatoes
- Drizzle Olive Oil
- 1 Minced Garlic Clove
- 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 Teaspoon BlackPepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- Spread onto Baking Sheet
- Roast in Oven 15 Minutes at 350F
- Place
- Tomatoes into Blender
- Add 1/4 Cup Water
- Blend Till Smooth/Pour
- In Shaker
- Tomato Puree From Blender
- 1 1/2 oz Tequila
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- Mix/Shake/Pour
- Margarita Glass
- Rimmed with Lime Juice, Coarse Salt and Chili Powder
- Garnish Lime Wedge
