Whiskey Sour

• 1/2 oz Simple Syrupy
• 2 oz Whiskey
• 1 Egg White
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• Mix/Shake without ice
• Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
• Strain into a cocktail glass and drop Angostura bitters on the top.
• Cocktail glass
