Frozen Yogurt
- whole-milk yogurt, with the highest fat content you can find.
- Add mascarpone
- Add a little sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar per quart of yogurt
- Whisk, churn, and freeze.
- For soft-serve-style Churn until yogurt reaches consistency of soft-serve ice cream and serve it.
- For scoopable Once finished churning pack into container; cover with parchment paper; and freeze.
