Horchata
- 1 1/2 Cups Uncooked Long-Grain White Rice
- 2 Cups Hot Water
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- Blend Till Roughly Ground
- Add
- 2 Cups Hot Water
- Blend/Pour
- Refrigerate 8 Hours
- Strain Into pitcher
- Discard Solids
- Add/Stir
- 2 Cups Milk
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- Refrigerate
