Limoncello

• 4 Lemons
• Peeled with Pith Removed
• Place Peel Slices Into Jar
• Add 2 Cups Everclear
• Tighten Lid Store Cool Dark Space 12 Days
• Strain with Fine Mesh or Cheesecloth
• Add Simple Syrup
• (2 Cups Water and 1 1/2 Cups Sugar)
• Set for 2 Days at RoomTemperature
• Refrigerate
