Pistachio Milk and Syrup
- Pistachio Milk
- Soak 30 Minutes
- 9 oz Raw Shelled Pistachios
- Drain
- Add Softened Pistachios
- 2 1/2 Cups Hot Water
- Blend Till Smooth
- Strain Through Cheesecloth
- Save Pistachio Milk in PLastic Container
- Pistachio Syrup
- Simmer/Whisk Till Dissolved
- 1 1/2 Cups Pistachio Milk
- 2 Cups Sugar
- Let Cool/Add
- 1/4 oz Orange Flower Water
- 1/4 oz Everclear
- Refrigerate
