Toasted Marshmallow syrup
- 1 C. Mini Marshmallows
- 2 C. Water
- 2 1/4 C. Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla
- Spread around 1 C. of Marshmallows on the lined baking sheet.
- Broil for around 1-2 minutes or until tops of marshmallows are lightly browned.
- Add water to a small pot and bring to a light boil.
- Add sugar and stir continuously around until mixture is thickened and sugar is dissolved.
- Add the toasted marshmallows and stir continuously until dissolved.
- Allow mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Strain any remaining marshmallow bits out of the mixture.
