Caipiroska

2 oz Vodka
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 Lime
Add the simple syrup (or sugar) and lime quarters to a shaker. Muddle to extract the juice without forcing the rind from the limes.
Add Ice,and vodka, shake/Pour
Garnish with 4 lime slices.
Rocks glass.
