Chocolate Hazelnut Martini
- Simmer Till Dissolved
- 2 Cups 1/2 & 1/2
- 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 4 oz Chopped Toasted Hazelnuts
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- Let Cool Covered 1 Hour
- Strain
- Mix
- 2 oz Chocolate Hazelnut Mixture
- 2 oz Vodka
- Shake/strain
- Martini Glass
- Garnish Cherry and Hazelnut
