• Mix in Bowl Blue Layer
• 1 Packet Unflavored Gelatine
• 1/4 Cup Water
• Set Aside
• In Sauce Pan Dissolve
• 3/4 Cup Water
• 5 Cups (2 oz) Blue Cotton Candy
• Add/Mix to Bowl of Gelatin
• Add/Stir
• 1 Cup Berry Vodka
• Pour Into Shot Glasses Till 1/2 Full
• Refrigerate till Set
• Pink Layer
• Mix
• 1 Packet Unflavored Gelatine
• 1/4 Cup Water
• Set Aside
• In Sauce Pan Dissolve
• 3/4 Cup Water
• 5 Cups (2 oz) Pink Cotton Candy
• Add/Mix to Bowl of Gelatin
• Add/Stir
• 1 Cup Vanilla Vodka
• Pour Over Blue Layer
• Refrigerate till Set
• Top with Cotton Candy
