Egg Nog Non Alcoholic
- 2 Large Eggs
- 75 g brown sugar
- 4 oz Whole Milk
- 10 oz Heavy Cream
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2tsp fresh ground nutmeg
- Blend on the lowest speed, the two eggs until smooth and uniform in color
- add the brown sugar to the egg mixture
- Add the vanilla extract and nutmeg
- add the milk
- add the heavy cream.
- Serve eggnog in a chilled cup or glass, grate additional nutmeg on top before serving.
