El Pepino
- 3/4 oz Cointreau Liqueur
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 6 Cilantro Leaves
- 4 Slices Cucumber
- 1 1/2 oz Reposado Tequila
- 1 Egg
- Muddle well cucumber slices, cilantro, and simple syrup in a shaker.
- Add the tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and egg white, and fill with ice.
- Shake well and strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with a cucumber slice.
