- 1/2 oz Pear Brandy
- 1 Spoon Walnut Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Clove Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
- Mix/Dry Shake
- Add Ice
- Shake/Pour
- Top
- 1/2 oz Mlled Wine(Chilled)
- Double Old Fashioned Glass
- Garnish Nutmeg and Cloves
