- Over
- 1 Pound Clean Dry Blackberries
- Place into
- Large Jar
- Add
- 2 Cups Vodka
- 1 Vanilla Bean Split Lengthwise
- Lemon Zest From 1 Lemon
- Mix/Seal Jar
- Store in Cool Dark Space 2-4 Weeks
- Shake Jar Everyother Day
- Strain Through Sieve
- Adjust Strength and Sweetness (Add Water or Sugar)
