• 2 Cups Milk
• 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
• 1/2 Cup Irish Cream
• 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
• 1/4 Cup Sugar
• 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
• Mix/Stir/Heat in Sauce Pan
• In Mug
• Place Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
• Pour Hot Chocolate Over Ice Cream
