Irish Coffee

• 1 oz Heavy Cream
• 1 Cup Hot Coffee
• 1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
• 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
• Pour hot coffee into a warmed glass until it's about 3/4 full
• 2 oz Cognac
• Blend in an Irish whiskey
• top it with whipped cream
• Mug
