• 2 oz Pineapple Rum
• 1 oz Chili Liqueur
• 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Coconut Cordial
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 1 Tablespoon Greek Yogurt
• 1 Spoonful Rice Wine Vinegar
• Mix/Shake/Pour
• Highball Glass
• Rimmed with Tajin
• Garnish Dehydrated Pineapple
