Northern Silver Fizz

1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Branca Menta
1 oz Cream
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Maple Syrup
1 Egg White
2 oz Soda Water
strain into the glass. It will fizz up, stop pouring when it almost reaches the top.
Wait, slowly pour the rest of it through the middle of the foam. The foam should slowly rise up over the glass.
No Garnish. No Straw.
Using a whole egg in a fizz makes it ‘royal fizz’
Egg white only would be a ‘silver fizz’
Egg yolk only would be a ‘golden fizz’
