• Simmer/Dissolve
• 1 1/2 Cups Pineapple Juice
• 2 (3 oz) Pkgs Island Pineapple Jell-O
• Let Cool/Add
• 3 Tablespoons Cream of Coconut
• 1 Cup Rum
• Pinch of Grated Nutmeg
• Stir/Pour/Refrigerate
• Shot Glasses
• Garnish Dried Pineapple
