Peach Mojito

• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 1 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 oz White Rum
• 8 Mint Leaves
• 1/2 oz Club Soda
• 2 Peaches
• muddle the diced peaches and fresh mint leaves together
• Add the lime juice, simple syrup, and white rum to the mixing glass and ice
• Mix/Shake/Strain
• leaving some of the muddled peaches and mint in the glass
• top off the glass with club soda.
• garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of peach
• Cocktail glass
