• Muddle
• 1/2 Cup Pineapple (Chopped)
• 8 Mint Leaves
• Add
• 2 oz Whiskey
• 1/2 Simple Syrup
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• Mix/Shake/Strain
• Rocks Glass with Ice
• Garnish Pineapple Slice and Mint Sprig
