- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Pistachio Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Dry Curacao
- Mix/Shake
- Remove Ice
- Add 1/2 oz Egg White
- Dry Shake/Strain
- Coupe Glass
- Garnish Line of Pistachio Sugar over Drink
- Heat with Brulee Torch to Sear Sugar
