• 1/2 oz Sparkling Water
• 1/2 tsp Sugar
• Dash Angostura Bitters
• Stir Bitters, Sugar and Water
• Add Ice and Southern Comfort
• Rocks Glass
• Garnish lemon twist , Orange Peel and Cherry
