Spiked Apple Pie(2)

Core and chop one apple
Add apple to saucepan with 1/4 c. water, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tbsp. brown sugar
Heat until sugar and spices are dissolved and the apple softened
2 oz Bourbon
Add 1 tbsp. of spiced apples
1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
2 oz Apple Cider
Top with Ginger Beer
Stir
Rocks Glass
Garnish orange slice
