Spiked Apple Pie(2)
- Core and chop one apple
- Add apple to saucepan with 1/4 c. water, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- Heat until sugar and spices are dissolved and the apple softened
- 2 oz Bourbon
- Add 1 tbsp. of spiced apples
- 1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
- 2 oz Apple Cider
- Top with Ginger Beer
- Stir
- Rocks Glass
- Garnish orange slice
- Fall Cocktail
