OLd Fashioned

• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 oz Bourbon
• Add simple syrup and bitters to a glass
• Fill glass with ice
• Add bourbon or whiskey and stir
• Garnish with orange peel
• Rocks glass
